Therapy for Teens (14+).

Adolescents have immense natural resilience and strength. They require a dynamic approach and a safe space where they can express their feelings and needs. We work with teens aged 14 and older and their families on a range of areas including:

  • Improving coping and emotion regulation skills

  • Improving mood and motivation

  • Reducing anxiety and worry and improving confidence and resilience

  • Performance anxiety

  • Improving study and organisation skills

  • Reducing symptoms of panic and phobias

  • Social anxiety, friendship problems and bullying

  • Behavioural concerns including non-compliance and aggression

  • Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder

Early intervention is the best management of most mental health disorders. By providing your teen with the opportunity to access support early, you are giving them the best possible start in life.
